If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or No-Call-No-Shows will not be refunded their $30 deposit. Late arrivals (past the 15-minute grace period) may not be able to keep their appointment - up to groomer discretion.
